It is rare that we find such a wonderful and original machine as this 1974 RD 250 Yamaha.
Originally a resident of Pennsylvania which explains it’s remarkably good condition. This machine is true survivor and is in really excellent original condition. It is showing just 3,461 miles. and looking at the import documentation and where the bike showed just 1,957 miles judging by the condition of the bike, how it runs, starts and rides together with some of the history the incredibly low mileage seems to be correct.
Of course the engine and frame numbers match.
If you study the bike carefully you will see that it hasn’t been restored, being completely original as are the Tagasako wheel rims that are of course date stamped.
You will do well to find such an original bike as this.
