For sale is my Triumph Trident T150 from 1971. I have owned the motorbike for some time and it has quite an interesting history. It was owned by a gentleman in London called Mick, who crashed his Matchless and bought this Trident to use whilst he rebuilt the Matchless. Unfortunately, the crash put Mick off motorcycling and neither bike got any further use and it sat for many years in his mother’s front room in the centre of London doing nothing at all.
Therefore it’s a very original motorbike – I don’t think it’s even been painted as far as I can see. The very attractive aquamarine paintwork is in good condition. The handlebars aren’t the ones that came with the bike but they are genuine US spec ones that I put on just because they suited me more.
Boyer Bransden, electronic ignition has been fitted but that’s pretty much the only deviation from standard as far as I can see. I have ridden this bike for miles visiting various cities within the UK on it and it has never let me down and always been a joy to ride.
It starts easily once you get the knack of tickling the three carburettors from cold and the new owner will not be disappointed with this machine.
It is ready to ride and enjoy!
