It is rare that we find such a wonderful machine as this RD 250 Yamaha.
Originally a resident of Pennsylvania which explains it’s remarkably good condition. This machine is true survivor and is in really excellent original condition, it is showing just over 3000 miles. There is no way of knowing whether this is correct of course but judging by the condition of the bike, how it runs, starts and rides together with some of the history it is possible that the mileage is correct. This it’s however just my opinion.
If you study the bike carefully you will see that it hasn’t been restored. With the paint and chrome being completely original as are the Tagasako wheel rims that are of course date stamped.
Some re-commissioning work has been carried out and the motorcycle runs and rides exceedingly well.
You will do well to find such an original bike as this.
