Honda C95 150cc Twin UK Bike Electric start!!

£3,895.00

In The 1960s, we were one of the first Honda motorcycle dealers in the UK. We sold machines just like this Honda C95 150 cc twin.

I bought this particular example because I love the semi art-deco styling and especially those crazy square rear shock absorbers!

When I initially saw the bike I thought it was a US model with the higher bars but no this particular bike was sold in the UK from new by Kingston Motorcycles, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey in 1965 to Mr John Carter also of Kingston.

A record of all the owners comes with the bike and eventually the machine ended up languishing in a shed for some years.

Eventually bought by the restorer in 2013 the bike still had only 10,000 miles on the clock, so the 11,107 now shown is believed to be genuine but that’s just my opinion.

Here is what has been done throughout the restoration:

  • Completely stripped to bare metal
  • Rust treated and repainted in black gloss by a professional spray company
  • New wire loom fitting
  • New original spec chrome wheels (central wheel components)
  • New stainless spokes in the proper gauge for the C95
  • New tyres front and back
  • Engine stripped and found to be hardly any wear, confirming low miles by Honda trained mechanic,
valves reground and leak tested then reassembled with new gaskets
  • New original old stock cables grey as original. Throttle, clutch, front brake, speedo
  • Re-chromed handle bars
  • Re-chromed tank sides
  • Engine covers polished
  • Front and rear brake covers polished
  • Clutch and brake levers polished
  • New number plate
  • New handle grips
  • New seat
  • New old stock silencers, rare and expensive
  • Also chrome and very rare fork covers not seen on many of these bikes

A lovely bike and very hard to find in this condition.

Try finding another! £3895.00
