Honda Benly Super Sport 124cc CB92 1962

In 1959 these iconic machines were the first Japanese Motorcycles and rider to compete in the famous Isle  of Man T.T. races. After an eight week sea journey from Japan, they were met by an amazed British audience who hadn’t seen a Japanese twin like this before.

In those days ‘Made in Japan’ meant inferior quality and the machines were greeted with amusement. But Japanese rider Naomi Taniguchi rode his little Benley to 6th place. And by 1961 Honda has won the first 5 places in the lightweight T.T.

These fabulous high performance machines are now very rare and desirable and have reached cult status.

the CB92 was produced in four colours. Red, light blue, dark blue and black. Not all colours were available to all markets. The UK market got three colours red, light blue and dark blue.

Priced very realistically for such an iconic machine £11,950.00
